Fiscus Limited is a UK-based company founded in August 2007 with the objective of undertaking advisory, research and training assignments in the areas of public finance management and public policy. Its primary focus is on the public administration systems and public policy processes of developing and transition countries.

An additional interest is in the reform of aid delivery systems so as to support the creation of stronger public administration systems within Developing Country goverments. A particular area of expertise is in the design and evaluation of General and Sector Budget support.

Fiscus comprises two full-time directors and a variety of associates, who bring an extensive combined experience of PFM and public policy issues in the OECD countries and in developing and transition countries in Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, the South Pacific and Africa. The Fiscus team is multi-lingual with both directors being fluent in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese and with access also to Russian and Arabic speakers.
